A 33-year-old Finnish woman underwent a harrowing ordeal at JFK International Airport in New York early last week, as she was on her way to the state of Washington spend a month with her sister’s family.
Now she is back in Finland, and is considering taking up the issue with the US Embassy in Helsinki.

What the F£@$ is going on here? Make me not want to come back to the states if US Immigrations can’t tell between an ordinary person and a freakin terrorist. Problem is that the US Immigration office has too many terrorists working for them to see through this bullshit.

Had a blast in Tampere (for the second time) but the first time was only for a day and didn’t get a chance to stay the night. Enjoyed the class lecture and excersices on C++ programming, and really understand now why these cellphones fail from time to time. (bad programming).

Next two weeks are crunch time to try to find light at the end of the project tunnels and get some better perspectives on which route we are going before spring / summer time is upon us.

Going to the canary islands sometime in April, so that should be a blast, wait for the pictures on that trip for sure.
