Merry Christmas everyone

Well, getting ready to leave work early to catch the train to Kouvola to spend Christmas with Hanna’s family once again. I still cannot believe how quickly 2003 went. I hope 2004 decides to slow down a bit so that I can al least enjoy the time rather than a blur like it was….or is just because I am getting to that age where time moves a bit quicker…???

hmm…well more to come before the new year that is for sure..
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

HIGH level of SNOW

Well, I knew the US Gov’t would raise the T Level to HIGH during the Christmas and New Years Holidays. Gives more reason for Christians to be hurt by the fanatics that follow Osama Bin Laden and his gatherings. Well, FCUK OFF Osama…that’s my two cents worth on that one…

Now on to really kewl news from the home front here in Finland. IT DUMPED BIG TIME here over the past two days. Almost KNEE HIGH in the white stuff, with the majority of it falling down all day yesterday. Well, if all of us here were thinking if its going to be a WHITE CHRISTMAS, I think we got our answer. At least I see no WARM FRONTS moving in like it has been melting the snow just as fast as its been falling…

More to come soon….

Sleep, I need sleep

Well, the root canal is over with, and painful at that. Fighting a headache still as the end of the day, almost 24 hours since I got out of the dentist chair yesterday, and still hurting, but not nearly as painful as it was last week, that is for sure. Now I just sleep, perhaps a bit more sleep, and then once that is all done, maybe a bit more sleep. It’s nice to stay home from time to time to relax and not worry about much of anything.

I am not looking forward to the bill however, and the next trip in January for the Permanent filling to be placed. Well, it will be over before I know as my mom said. ;)

more to come soon…

Snow, Root Canals, and Santa

Well, the snow has hit us yet again, but how long will it stay this time? It is already pretty warm (around +5*c) and the snow is melting as we speak, so the main question is are we going to have snow for Christmas? We shall see.

Well, since Friday afternoon, my tooth has not been bothering as much as is what during last week, but the bad news is that I have to get a semi Root canal done to the tooth as it is pretty much shot…Getting that done today and then a temporary filling for 4 weeks, then back again in January (most likely around my birthday) to get the permanent filling done. Lets hope this is what caused all the pain in the first place. =)

Santa is coming and many people here have placed up the xmas lights in their windows etc. But most people do not put up trees and decorations until the week prior or a couple of days before christmas, so its not as festive as it is in the US. But nice either way once all the decorations are up. ;)

More to come soon…and updates on the tooth too!..
