Well, some more pics from the bombing here in Helsinki / Vantaa area: Pic 1 and Pic 2.

Been really busy lately getting the final touches done with a web project I have been working on for the Lions Club in Kouvola / Hansa area. The hardest part is getting the Finnish pages done correctly. But I think I got the majority of the layout and theme of the site down pat. Just a few more bugs to get rid of.

Work is going well, and things will become much clearer once a few sub-projects are done and over with. =)

Ah yes, another cold, dark Monday morning. Busy week ahead of me as I am finding out if we go ahead and move forward with our current sub-project or not. (keeping my fingers crossed that we do) It will be nice to finally move ahead of schedule and get things really moving and make life easier for all the “end users”. Lets see how things go.

Searching for a aquarium stand for the aquarium that I bought, and may go this weekend to a shop in Vantaa (not near where the bombing was) that is very clean, pretty good, and the fish are to die for there. Healthy and active, and wouldn’t mind finding a freind in the business as if I give enough business to and be friendly, maybe they can “kick down” sort of speaking, like they used in the states for me. We shall see, I just hope I can get a stand that will work, have the right colors, and be not expensive. We shall see what comes of it.

Well, this is the second time a bomb has gone off in Helsinki. Some people got killed and injuried, but I am ok. Hopefully this incident was “mob” related rather than terrorist related.

Well, I knew it was going to eventually happen, but snow fell in the Helsinki area finally, at least that I saw for my own eyes yesterday. Winter is officially, unofficially here. It was nice to see it for a change, especially with a dry spring and summer (not much of a fall – lasted for about 3 weeks) so its different. Lets see how I think come December / January.
Work is going fine and are moving into the “FINAL LAP” push toward Christmas Holiday and the end of the year. Got my second TEST PHONE that I am working with so that is very kewl. The first one was the 3510, so I am familiar with this model. It is an exciting time here in Nokia, and I think we are going to pull through this ECONOMIC SLUMP and come out ahead, making FUTURE MOBILE happen now rather than later.
