T<\/b><\/i>he weather is beginning to get much colder now, as we go into November here in Helsinki. Right now, as I write this journal entry, it is -5.1*c ( 22.8*f) and that is warm for this time of the year.<\/p>\n
P<\/b><\/i>robably going tomorrow afternoon after work to go and look at some fish tanks stands for the aquarium that I purchased. Hopefully I can get something soon, as I would like to get the aquarium up and running in my office as the moisture would be good for the computer equipment I have now set up. The TANK CAM will be up and running as soon as I get the much needed firewall computer from Nev. (hopefully before the end of the month if all goes well.<\/p>\n
I<\/b><\/i> am almost done with my little home network system as I have the following computer systems up and running…<\/p>\n
1- 350mhz PII, 12.1gb + 3.2gb HDD, 256mb ram, 10\/100mbps nic
\n Nokia 447Xpro multigraph 17″ monitor<\/p>\n
2- 200mhz Pentium, 6.5gb HDD, 280mb ram, 10\/100mbps nic
\n LG 15″ svga monitor<\/p>\n
3- P100mhz, 2 @ 850mb HDD, 128mb RAM, 1 quad 10\/100 mbps nic
\n sharing the LG 15″ monitor + keyboard + mouse with one switch box<\/p>\n
4 – CentreCom 8-port HUB (mr820tr)<\/b><\/p>\n
I<\/b><\/i> will be building a super computer for myself as an early xmas present with either a xeon chip or dual PIII 1.13 ghz for my “screw around and see if I can blow it up” cpu. Lets see what happens.<\/p>\n
