The value of Nokia&#8217;s brand is estimated to be 29.4 billion dollars, down slightly from last year.<br \/>\nThe results are based on an analysis of how much the brand name drives the products&#8217; sales.<br \/>\nThe top five positions in the study, conducted by brand analysis company Interbrand, were captured by Coca-Cola, Microsoft, IBM, General Electric, and Intel. The Coca-Cola brand is estimated to be worth 70.5 billion dollars.<br \/>\nA total of 62 brands among the top one hundred belonged to American companies. In addition to Nokia, Mercedes is the only non-U.S. brand in the top ten.<br \/>\nNokia&#8217;s Swedish competitor Ericsson placed 80th on the list.
